Mix 50 grams of oil, 50 grams of maple syrup and 160 grams of soy milk. Add 200 grams of flour using a strainer as well as 2 teaspoons of baking powder. Lastly, add the dried figs to the mixture and pour the dough into a cake pan. Bake at 180 C/356 F for 35 to 40 minutes.
Oatmeal & Figs Cookies
